The Play

Our final play for 2004 is a further example of the variety of dramatic styles the Players present. This year, we have had an American classic drama, a Shakespeare, and a 30's light romantic comedy.
Now we finish the year with a no-holds-barred, knock-down farce.
“Lend Me a Tenor” has everything and more that an hilarious farce is noted for: rib-tickling one liners, comedy chases, mistaken identities. Which of the two costumed Otellos is the world famous tenor? Add a volatile Italian wife, an outrageous hotel porter and three swooning females, and you have a play which fills the theatre with laughter.
This is a "must see" play. It is ideal for Club and Staff bookings as we move on into the Christmas season. Book early to ensure good seats.
