PERFORMANCE DATES:

REHEARSALS:

7th to 16th November 2025

Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7:00pm to 9:30pm , Sundays 11:00am - 4:30pm

Shakespeare's much-loved comedy.
Love and magic collide when four lovers and a group of actors enter a fairy-filled forest.
Chaos, spells, and mistaken identities will have you laughing as mischievous fairies meddle with fate.
Will love survive the enchantment?

This production will draw on the theme of a Dream – there will be happy dreams, and some nightmare moments. It will be a very active production. The action, dances and fight scenes will be carefully choregraphed but energetic. There is a lot of running around, chasing and being chased.
The forest will be created by the actors, using their costumes, bodies and props – and will use elements found in everyone’s bedroom. Yes there will be pillow fights! Running on mattresses, dressing in sheets and hiding under doonas.
The magic love-juice which causes many misunderstandings and misadventures will feature prominently.
And there may be a bit of ethnic dancing and Eurovision music … just so you are warned.
